Productivity? Yes… And No.




People often feel that the word “Yes” is the most important factor of meeting goals, achieving personal growth, and being productive.  For example, we think we have to say “Yes, I’ll exercise.  Yes, I’ll save money.  Yes, I’ll read that book.   Yes, I’ll call that person.”  Etc.   But here’s a secret that great implementers share… The word “No” is actually more important than “Yes.”

Running Thoughts




I’ve been jogging all my life.  Let me rephrase that… I used to jog when I was in my twenties, then I stopped.  About a year ago I picked it up again, and I’ve been pretty consistent since.

 

Anyway, I love jogging.  Let me rephrase that… I hate jogging.  But I love how it makes me feel.

 

One of my problems with this sport was what to do with my brain while I run.  Social media provided the solution. Read more…
